Briseida Y. Delgado-Miranda, Esq., CPA is the founder of Delgado Miranda Law Offices, LLC. Her practice focuses on federal and commercial litigation, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, corporate disputes, restructuring, and related advisory matters. As both an attorney and Certified Public Accountant, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to complex legal and financial matters.

Before establishing her private practice in 2012, Ms. Delgado-Miranda worked at prominent Puerto Rico law firms and began her career as a staff accountant in the Tax Department of Deloitte & Touche. Her combined legal and accounting background informs her approach to matters involving financial disputes, insolvency, and business-related litigation.

She is admitted to practice in Puerto Rico and Massachusetts, as well as before the federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit. Her professional memberships include the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Puerto Rican Association of Financial Analysts (APAF).

Ms. Delgado-Miranda has also contributed to legal and professional education through seminars on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, including programs for the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Puerto Rico Supreme Court’s continuing legal education program.
